Prospective study ≥65 years (n=119, age 79,3±8,5, 62,2% female), cannabis treatment over 6 months; ADL score remained stable (4,4±1,8 vs. 4,5±1,8, p=0,27), IADL improved (4,1±2,6 vs. 4,7±3,0, p=0,02). 36,1% adverse events, 1,7% required medical intervention.
