Fünf Reviews schlossen auf ausreichende Evidenz für Wirksamkeit bei Schmerz und/oder Spastik. Schlussfolgerung: Cannabinoide können moderate Effekte auf MS-assoziierte Schmerzen oder Spastik haben; Evidenz für andere Symptome (Behinderungsprogression, Tremor/Ataxie, Blasenfunktion, Lebensqualität) unzureichend.
