Summary
Retrospective feasibility study of CBD-rich cannabis in n=60 children with autism spectrum disorder and severe behavioral problems (age 11,8±3,5 years, 77% low-functioning). 61% showed marked or very marked improvement in behavioral outbursts (Caregiver Global Impression of Change). Most common adverse events: sleep disturbances (14%), irritability (9%), loss of appetite (9%). One psychotic event with higher THC content.
